Crosstour overpowers 3 speed Sturmey Archer hub, mostly lost 1st gear

Hi,

I've had my Crosstour for some time now and from the beginning it was clear the power was too much for the 3 speed hub. Over the years, I think fist gear has been damaged and it won't stay in gear. Of course, 2nd speed starts from a stop don't work well either.

Has anyone found a replacement for the 3 speed hub that works with the belt drive and can handle the power? I have the power backed way down in the programming but it is still too much.

I'll give that a shot.

I have that on my wattwagon but I don't ride it hard or fast, mine has held up fine other than the shop overfilled it when I had the fluid changed
