Creo not turning on

My 2020 specialized creo will not turn on unless I have my range extender plugged in.
After bike is turned on I can unplug range extender and bike will stay on till I turn it off.
Any help would be appreciated be for I make the long trip to my LBS.

You might want to try a factory reset but you might lose your settings and pairings. There may be a less drastic reset/reboot but I'm not sure. You could try holding them both but for not as long??? Good luck
