Creaking/snapping headset

Hi,
I have a new voltbike enduo. The headset makes a creaking or snapping noise when I turn the handlebars.
The bike is brand new and the noise appears to be coming from the top bearing.
I can’t see a way to grease the bearings as they are both sealed.
I don’t think they should need grease yet as the bike has less than 4 hrs use.
Is there something I’m missing or somewhere else i should look.
Do I need to replace the bearings, or how would I correct this?
Thanks

Whatever it is, grease alone won't solve it. It sounds more like a ratcheting click than a creaking noise.

If you place your fingers on the top of the headset while turning the bars, do you feel vibrations associated with the clicks?

Does the headset turn freely enough? Is the preload for the bearings right? Do you know how to adjust that?

Here's a video on the Neco headset that bike is using. If you're up for it mechanically, I'd use the video as a guide to take it apart and see what's what inside there.

Thanks for the reply, yes I feel it in the top tube, most pronounced near the upper bearing
The headset turns properly and I’ve been adjusting the preload to try and eliminate the creaking without success. I may end up replacing the bearings to try and solve it.

Thanks for the video, I appreciate the help with this
