Covered 4 wheels E-Bike

Not sure it's a new idea, but I can see a role for this kind of pedaled 4-wheeled vehicle with electric pedal assist. However, putting bicycle-like wheels on it doesn't make it a "bike".

I think the inventors are trying to capitalize on the popularity of real (two-wheeled) ebikes and slaughtering language in the process.
 
I think they just tried to squeeze their hybrid into the legislation to make it street legal, hence the 250W European standard and the appellation E-bike.
With only a 250W motor, they should prepare themselves to pedal fiercely to move this thing with a front wind over a hill.
