Could a rider put slime in after a.... tubeless sealant for puncture resistance

I'm still waiting for my two Yukon 750's to arrive but I would like your opinions on the benefits of Tubeless vs. Slime. Does Tubeless create a puncture resistant tire?

Tubeless won’t stop a puncture, but helps to prevent the tyre going flat after it is punctured
