Completely lost!

Hi, I hope someone can help as I've worked myself into total confusion.

The Mrs bike has stopped working.
OK first thing to notice is power availability is blank. Throttle or pedalling does not activate motor however put bike in walk mode and motor turns and power availability shows as 1.so motor works, battery has power. 12 magnet sensor led is lit throttle returns A1 on volt meter and varies when used but as I say in normal use when pedalling or throttling bike does not engage. So what can it be? Here is pictures of controller. I've looked online but can't find an exact match. Any help will be gratefully received. Thanks.

It might help to see a picture of the display. Walk mode says motor is OK, as arte the circuits in the controller that run it.

If your brake levers have the switch and wiring for motor cutoff. make sure they cutoff isn't engaged by a loose brake, although usually walk mode won't work if this is the case.

Also take the throttle or PAS connector, which is a three pin connector, check the pins for voltage. Should be a 5 volt supply, nominally about 4.5V on both of them. WHen you find it on the throttle, vary the throttle and the third wire should swing btewwn .5V to 4V. If you don't see that, controller is at fault.
