Comparable commuter/road ebikes to the Prodigy XR?

Hey everyone! My name is Marco, this is my first post I hope I'm posting in the right section!! I am in the market for a new ebike, I am willing to spend $1,500 - $3,000 on a new bike. So far I have weighted out everything and the Prodigy XR is looking like what I am likely to go with, but one thing is a big negative, if you will, and that is that it does not have a throttle. Yes I plan to exercise on my bike but I like the "feature" of having a throttle, simply for fun.

What I would like to know is:
Can anyone recommend any ebikes in the price range of $3,000 or less that has:
- Torque Sensing pedal assist
-class III
-Throttle
-Integrated headlight?
