Clock on civante resets

The clock on my civante resets to 1100 every time I turn off the bike. The rest of the setting such as miles are not affected. What could this be?

Time to change the CR2032 battery. Just pop the cover off the rear of the display and replace.

Ok that’s Great if that all. I figured everything would reset if the battery was dead.

I recently had to replace mine on a 2019 Urban Rush.

Oh my, found the dealer had never even put in a battery. Hopefully this fixes it.
