Choose between Aventine Soltera vs Rize fixie

Confused between these choices.
Requirements are light bike that I regularly need to carry up the stairs. Mostly 40 miles ride, rlaticeo flat with small hills. Throttle would be great. Removable battery is also great to swap easily if I progress to longer rides and avoid range anxiety.

Rize pros:
Only 34 pounds (this is still hard to believe)
Carbon belt so less maintenance?
Hydraulic brakes

Aventon Soltera pros:
Removable battery (can easily swap spare)
7 speed available, but not sure if I need it.
Cheaper by $200 to $300(single speed)

Does 7 pound lighter make a real difference? Do I need the 7 speed on rides? There might be rare rides with more hills.

Just keep in mind that Rize Fixie isn't actually a fixie.
Confusing name indeed.

I probably have gear anxiety more than range anxiety.

Since I sometimes ride my bike without PAS, the gears help... and even with PAS, it helps me "push" more at lower PAS levels without having to go to higher PAS levels.

7lbs does make a different but if you remove the battery from the Soltera, weight becomes similar.
