Cheap hunting bike

While at 2495 minus 125= 2370 USD is above your 2100 limit, this bike from BPM imports:

seems to be the rock bottom low price for a Bafang Ultra powered mid drive fattie/hunting bike configuration with racks. Its 24 x 4 tires may mean it might not be a good fit for really tall people though.
Note that there’s only spotty and sparse information on the seller who clearly isn’t in the same league as QuietKat, Backou, or even Rambo so there’s some risk buying from this vendor, especially for a new model with no reviews. But you do get the same high torque motor as these upscale models, so that as long as the frame is sturdy enough you have the basis for a tractor trailer towing hunting bike; but maybe not right out of the box.

Violamart" makes an electric off road bike kit that you can really soup up( looks a little like a 'Sur ron" its about $3500, if you already have some of the components you can make a badass ride for under $6K, it would not probably be road legal, should be as capable as the lower end "gassers" without the noise and stench. If I am lowballing someone will correct Me.

I'm also looking for a hunting/fishing rig. I rode my Schwinn AlComp 2 miles to the pond from camp today mostly gravel/sand roads and a little single track. Had thought about converting this bike, but really want to get a fat tire for the loose sand. A hub drive should be plenty as I live in Florida and there's not too many hills. Looking at the Aventon, or the gotrax tundra. I really like the olive drab green.

I see my ET.CYCLE on that list.
I wouldn't recommend it for hunting unless you put new tires on it.
The street slicks don't work very good in the muck.
I like the bike, it's heavy but it can take a beating.
I've dropped it more than 2 dozen times with no damage.
I haven't "crashed" yet though. I just fell over at a few miles per hour.
The controller and its programming sucked though so I replaced the controller and display.
The throttle is an just an on/off switch. Full power or nothing at all

If you're hunting small animals.
With a small caliber rifle. Yeah it might work using these ebikes mentioned on above post.
However if you are carrying long range rifle and a couple hi powered pistols and ammo.
You needs a hi powered emtb or just buy a jonh deer or Honda 4x4 side x side intended for ranch use.

Not so Che. Fair chase hunting is actually by far more ecologically friendly then Store bought Meat. Unfortunately hunting is hunting with no guarantees that the Hunter will actually be successful that day, whereas going to the Store is a sure bet if you don't mind eating all the chemicals that poor Animal was feed with before slaughtering.
As for a good Bike for all around including hunting purpose, I use my Fucare Gemini with 20 inch wheels 4" wide Tires but most important it has 2 Batteries giving me that extra range and carrying capacity of 400 Lbs.
