Changing X3 Pro from class 3 to class one.

Hello,

I know a class one bike is one that maxes 20 mph and only has petal assist, no throttle. I know I can limit the pros max speed to 20 mph, but what about the throttle requirement? I asked Wallke if I could disconnect the throttle, and I got an auto response that it would give me an error code (error code 22). I then asked if despite this error code if the bike would still run with petal assist? I was given the same stock answer.
This seems like a simple question, and I can’t believe with all the ebike restrictions, no ones asked it, but here it is, “Can I disconnect the throttle and still have this bike work?!”

pedal assist still works even if you disconnect the throttle cable.

you have the red error message constantly shown on your display, and can only see the trip meters and PAS level
