changing wheels

Hi
having recently purchased 2 turbo levo s (1 for my wife) as im heavier then her i thought i would put my set of 29er wheels i bought for my stumpjumper to maximise the distance i could travel, when i took it for test it seemed like the motor would work for a few seconds then cut out, i assumed it was an error that the motor pcb didnt like , i switched back to my original wheels and everything is ok, my question is apart from changing the wheel size on the phone app ( which i assume would void my warranty) how can i get the bike to accept different set of wheels

An obvious question but did you also transfer the speed sensing magnet onto the new wheel?

not such an obvious question, i did look for the speed sensor but couldnt see it on the wheel, i then assumed it was on the crank arm or somewhere else, maybe its been concealed in some way, i will look and repost later

i found the speed sensor on the brake rotor i will try swapping over, thanks
