Can I connect bike Trailer to my BPM F-RS15 ebike?

Hello there guys;
I want to take my toddler on my ebike using bike trailer; having never done this before can you guys confirm if the Thule Cheetah Chariot 1+ stroll green will connect to my ebike?

Is it safe and easy to do this?

That does not look like a trailer to me. 4 wheels are a problem for towing. There's lots of trailers that connect to bikes lots of different ways. More research on your part is recommended.
