Can anyone tell me the name of this broken ring?

Hi, here is the inside of a Bafang mid motor BBS02 48V 750W. Can anyone tell me the name of that broken ring?(please see attached picture)

It's part of the mid axle assembly. You probably will need to buy the entire assembly. Luna sells one for $99.
