Buying my first eBike

I have wanted an eBike for a while but doing the research became exhausting and I gave up. Now, here I am again trying to purchase a bike and thought I would ask for some help. My must haves are: belt drive, class 3, integrated lights, and hydraulic brakes. My nice to haves are Bosch or Brose mid-drive. This bike will be used mostly for commuting around the city and recreational riding. Also security is a big issue as well as I am in New Orleans and crime is a bit of an issue. Does anyone else have anything similar to the Stromer Omni with locking and GPS?
