Bosch Purion Display Just Stopped Working During Ride - Any Ideas?

Just Curious... Where is your Local Bike Shop ( Electra Towine ) Dealer in all of this ? Electra, owned by Trek who's support
is second to none.

just a quick update the notification about replacing battery has not appeared today ? I have been in touch with the nearest official bosch ebike specialist to my area and will make arrangements to take the bike to them so they can run a diagnostic test ?

Your wife's brand new Ebike is under warranty. I recommend contacting Electra. They should send you a new display and direct you where to go to have the bike serviced. I love the Townie..... its a great bike!!!

I agree with TaraBara. Is there a reason you're not returning to the Electra Townie Dealer you purchased the bike from, assuming they are in your area. Who or what is an "official bosch ebike specialist " If they are not an Electra Dealer and they do significant work on your bike and they're not an authored Electra Dealer that could void your warrantee.

my bike is a Cube ebike fitted out with the Bosch drive unit active line plus with the purion display unit I live In the United Kingdom we have bike specialists shops and authorised bosch ebike technicians
