Bosch Kiox wheel circumference limit

Based on some conversations I've had with the rest of my technical team, it appears your circumference was definitely programmed wrong during assembly.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend a call to your local, Bosch Certified Dealer. They will be able to work with Trek to get this value corrected for you.

Thanks for your help, William. My bike is in the shop now where I bought it and there are two Bosch certified staff there so I’m confident it will now be addressed.
