Have a new RM bike with Bosch cx Gen 5 with 11 speed chain and cassette. The motor has a bit of a scraping noise. It is not there all the time, or if it is then the amount of scraping noise is not constant. It seems to be more obvious in some power settings than others, such as Tour and Auto and it is often louder at a higher pedalling cadence 85 rpm+. I don't think it is related to the gears or chain as the scraping noise will change when I change the power drive modes and also when I put more force onto the cranks scraping noise decreases
Riding on easy terrain on gravel rail trails and sealed roads. Noise was there from day 1 with the default drive settings. I have since used custom drive settings turned off boost, overrun, traction control, lowered watts 500-600 watts and torques 50-75 nm to experiment with battery life. Bike has now been ridden 120km
