My 3.5 year old Bosch drive bike didnt "recognize" thr battery when inserted this am. It happpened a fee weeks ago as well, but after eaiting a few minutes and reteting, it did recognize it. It worked fine since then, until today. I chexked the battery again, it was fully charged, and removed control panel, tried again, rubbed connections, nothing. Any advice?

Is it a 400wh battery pack? Intuvia display? Turn on the bike like usual, if the battery does not come on reach down and push the button beside the LEDs with the display still on. This should then recognize the battery, bring up the speedometer and let you change the assist levels on the display.
