When you charge your Bosch battery, does the fifth LED continue flashing when the charge is complete, or does it turn solid?

It seems that I wasn't waiting long enough for the battery to fully charge. When the fifth LED stopped flashing, all five LEDs turned off.

Correct, once all lights turn off the battery is fully charged.
