Biktrix vs Frey

I am looking to purchase a step through full suspension e bike. Biketrix’s and Frey seem to have equivalent bikes on the market. The selection is boiling down to which company builds a better ebike and has better customer support. What is your experience with Bitrix?

One thing that I know about Biktrix is that they offer what appears to all the replacement parts for their ebikes at a reasonable price.

I almost ordered a "Battery Mount" from them because it was the only place that I could find one.
(It turned out that I didn't have enough clearance for the bracket)

They sell new controllers for their Bafang Mid-Drive Motors, so they aren’t proprietary.

And you can get the UART version as well, which is getting Really hard to find.
