Levo turned off mid ride and wont turn on, my cable has four CAN pins, one which is a brown wire, that my friends dont have, they only have three pins.

It seems thats a common fault for the brown wire to break, but their cables dont even have a pin for a brown wire.

Now my brown wire does not have continuity from plug to plug.

I ve given up trying to work out all the plugs and wiring for all the models.

Is the brown wire required on my 2020 Carbon Levo or is it just not wired into the motor plug

If you have patience could try searching the EMTB forums as the Levo is such a common machine, loads of them about. Here's where I go:

Cheers, but Ive searched everywhere and theres so much overlapping and contradictory advice.

Ive borrowed my mates spare cable, it has only three pins, so this often referred to brown wire issue isnt even needed.

It didnt work, but it fired up an hour later.
So I guess its some other nightmare intermittent fault
