Bike Rack Recommendations?

Hey Everyone! My husband drives a Tacoma and I drive a little Scion TC, and we're trying to find a bike rack that will work with his truck. I snagged a trunk mounted rack and retrofired it to fit my cars large back window / glass, and seems to be working well. We're trying to find a good rack for his taco for our summer adventures. Usually have the kayaks strapped to the roof so a roof rack is out of the option. Looking hopefully for a hitch mount - but with my Raleigh Lore IE's larger tires and heavier weight, I'm having a hard time finding a good one. Needs to hold 3 bikes, my husbands, mine and our foster sons.

What do you guys use? what do you recommend? I'd love to see everyone's set up

There are also racks for pickup truck beds which may be a possibility. I prefer to carry my bikes that way for safety & security. I made this one from scrap PVC pipe and a couple of Thule roof racks.


The storage boxes can be removed to make room for a third bike.

I am very happy with my 1UP USA rack. I use it to carry our two electric bikes, but they have add-ons for a third or even 4th bike. I can use it on my F350 truck, my wife's Jeep Renegade, and also on our 5th wheel trailer.
