Big Bud Pro - Battery Issue

I finally got the Big Bud Pro out for this winter and the battery will charge off the bike and lights up indicating a full charge, however, the display still flashes 00%, indicating no/low battery. The contacts look clean and I've seated the battery multiple times. Any troubleshooting tips?

I would contact E-Motion and see what they say. Could be a defective battery or something else. Do you know anyone who has a similar bike or another E-Motion that may use a similar battery?

You need to get a multi meter to measure the actual voltage of the battery and then measure where power is interrupted.

Deep sleep mode? With battery off bike, hold down battery gauge button for a long 2 seconds. Should wake it up.
