I dont think your understanding where Im coming from... I dont expect the Manufacturer to cover the warranty, the shop was supposed to fix a number 12 error
and they managed to bow up the Controller. I want them to fix the damage that they did.

Give it up and buy a new controller. Maybe from a more reliable source. There’s a couple of BBSxx dealers that are square shooters. You’re going to have to eat the cost. No amount of moral expectations will get you help. I’m sorry, but your story isn’t something I haven’t heard before. You’re on a dead end road. I wish for your sake it was different, but pitching a bitch here will do nothing to help you. I know man it sucks. Been there.

They've come good, I was contacted today and they said "There's no way Bafang would cover it so they are going to wear the cost" my motor is ready to be picked up.

Well I dont know if it was from writting to forums, or the numerous emails I wrote to them or maybe the developed a conciouns...
But they've agreed to wear the cost and fix my motor, free of charge.
Thanks to everyone who made coment on theis thread ( I have a feeling this may be a big part of them agreeing to fix it
