That's where I was confused.

It was a very confusing report. I think ESL played a role. At one point he reported

After testing with other battery it seems OK, but when wiggling the bike, power is cutoff.

Likely he now has some spare parts! A shame to replace all those components over a poor solder joint!

That's where I was confused. You did say you changed the battery with no difference.

Yes, but with poor cable connections, so probably bad connection(lack of good tools?).
Works fine at the moment?
