I did anyone experienced the battery disconnect with motor, display and both lights when changing Eco mode settings in the Specialized App?
It happened for me twice I hade paused my ride in the app turned off the bike parked out side grocery store for a quick stop. When I get back went in tune setting in the app and adjust Eco mode settings, then turn on the bike. The battery goes on display and both light turns on but after the diagnostic i done the lights, display and motor just cuts off and the battery still on.
I don't know in which particularly order by take out the battery turn on and off terminate the Specialized app eventually it gets back to normal again.
Have anyone experienced that or is there any post thread about this problem?
