Battery Adjustment on Domane HP + ?

When I hit a hard bump, the battery turns off. The battery is just slightly not flush with frame. I can press it in but springs back out a little.

sounds like it needed a bit of an adjustment. the shop is the best bet tis a bit tricky they have a jig to do it.

Definitely needs adjustment, but a quick fix could be a wrap around velcro strap might hold it in well enough.

no its tricky they make a jig to set it up. the external battery you can.
