Hello All
I am in the process of modifying and machining CUSTOM G062 Hub Motor.
Today I am making the shaft and I want to make the laminated core.
I have my core out but my windings are still ok so I really don't wan't to destroy it until I burn it up.
Then I will rewind it.
I am would appreciate it very very much if anyone that has a stripped down G062 - 1000W version core can MEASURE the Slots for the Coils.
If you cannot measure the slots can you take a picture of the core for me.
Try to keep the camera or phone as straight to the core as possible.
Then I can get the measurements off the photo.
If you use magnification for the photo please let me know what you used. for instance 2X or 3X. Just get the best photo you can.
Other than that if anyone out there has a destroyed motor. Bafang G062 750W or 1000W. Or a destroyed core that you do not plan on fixing can you send it to me please.
I would be willing to pay something for it if it makes you feel better.
I will pay shipping for sure.
The other thing I can do is trade you for a custom part ( Like my special Shaft made to take bigger wire with a much stronger axel.
At any rate. Someone please help me out. Before I get impatient and rip the good coils out of my good motor.
