Bafang display and USB amperage

Friends,

My Bafang display (I believe it is DP C18) has a USB charger, which supplies 0.5 A -- not enough for a wireless charger I am using, which requires at least 1A. Has anyone been able to resolve the problem: firmware upgrade, different display, else?

DPC18 only produces 5V and ~ 0.5amp. It charges my iPhone. I have a Soshine 4 18650 case with. Quality replaceable brand name cells for backup power and charging. Quite handy for me.

• In-put: DC5V/0.5-2.1A
• Out-put: DC5V /1A/ 2.1A (selectable)
