For those of you who wonder how to handle flats while out ebiking, if you ever considered going tubeless, these Bacon Strip Tire plugs by Wolftooth, would be a quick solution to get up and running quickly. Since you have no tube, you can get this done without removing your wheel. Hence an advantage for those that ask why/if they should go tubeless. Of course your rims would need to be tubeless ready, and not just switch to those tires. Might be worth it for those who have hub drives.

And don't forget, nearly EVERYBODY LOVES BACON !

P.S. I utilize Wolftooth's clever B-Rad system to create a long stable mount on downtubes for battery bracket support on conversions. They have a lot of other cool tools, and accessories.

I carry a different brand, but same system. Also comes with a couple of spare valve cores and a little plunger, all in a waterproof small tube that weighs near nothing. I still carry a spare tube, duct tape wrapped to the rear rack (good way to make sure I have some duct tape), but with the tubeless tires, Stan’s sealant and that plug fix kit, I’m pretty comfortable.

Another little trick someone showed me was to tape about two feet of electrical tape along the top tube of the bike. It won‘t go anywhere, doesn’t get in the way of anything, and you’ve got a good bit of tape if you need it for some weird repair out in the bushes somewhere.
