Aventon Level Front Fender Adjustment

I received an Aventon Level about a week ago and have been enjoying it. However, the rear of the front fender is just too close to the front tire and I've been unable to figure out a way to adjust for more clearance. I think I've done everything right in the assembly but there is still only about a .25 inch clearance from the tire. Any suggestions as to how to adjust it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I purchased a Level pre-assembled from a local bike shop and had a similar issue.
I simply added a small, thin washer on each side where the bracket mounts to the fork.
It moved the fender back just enough so it no longer rubbed against the tire.

I had the same issue with the front fender. My Level is brand new (a replacement due to a warranty issue) and it wasn't a problem until I pumped the tire up to 50 psi before my first ride. I was able to play around with the brackets to stop the tire from rubbing, but I wasn't really sure what I was doing. I was probably more lucky than anything that I hit on the right combo of alternately loosening and tightening the two connection points on the frame. The washers sound like a great solution though.
