My Level is almost at the 12 month warranty mark and I'm getting the E30 code (miscommunication between controller and display). Aventon support is asking for pics but the code comes & goes so don't have a pic. Anyone have this E30 problem and what Aventon will do for me? Any advice to get this resolved before warranty runs out in 2 weeks? Appreciate anything you offer.

Hi there, we are so sorry that you were having trouble with your ebike! Has this issue been resolved? If not please send us an email at [email protected]. To confirm the E30 code is a communication error code. This happens when there is no signal between the output and display or no connection from the controller to the display. Please check all the cable connections and make sure that there is no contamination with grit. If this does not resolve the issue the next step would be to replace the display.
