Assistance level stuck in level 2

My easy motion atom lynx 6 will not respond to the + or - button to change assistance, it simply runs through the trip data. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Check the display (how well it is seated) and the connections.
May be, talk to the tech at your dealer.

Thanks. The other thing is the control panel is cutting off after coming on for 10-30 seconds.
