The only way to be sure what is needed on a bike for reflectors/lights etc,
is go to your states DMV and look up what is needed.
Here in NV, it is mandatory to have a working head light/side/front/rear reflectors and lights any time after 1/2 Hr after sun set, when riding the bike..
