Anything new for 2023 with Trek ebikes?

Just went to the Trek USA website. For us regular riders, doesn't seem to be much new? Did not look at mountain bikes. Bosch's new system seems to be MIA in the under $5K bikes, for example.
Am I missing something?

Haven't looked at bikes lately, but if what a local former Trek dealer told me is true, Trek bikes will only be sold in Trek stores at some point in the future.

sold in Trek stores
Can you clarify this. My local Trek store also sells Marin Bikes. Will this be okay or not allowed? They are really great people and I like the Bontrager line of parts and accessories. But I also like Marin Bikes.

I dunno about this.

What I was told is that only Trek stores will be selling Trek bikes (and doing warranty work) - not independent dealers. It could be that Trek stores will sell other brands.

Thanks. That makes sense and means that they are not going to the dark side like Specialized and eating their own children. This is coming from a person who eats hunanbeans.

What exactly constitutes a 'Trek store'? For example, a local bike shop sells Trek and Giant bikes. Would they still be considered a Trek store?

a bike store called trek that just sells trek bikes. a local chain store was bought out by trek and ow thats al they sell. but they have the same people so service is really good.

I'd love to see the TQ motor in a city bike with no front suspension. I think that would be a great bike for my wife. I'm anxious for her to get an ebike so we can ride further when we go out together.

$13,000 is worth it! What does the five-year warranty with the full maintenance plan, including parts add? Send photos of her on this lovely bike in its natural habitat after it arrives. We want to see. These motors can take 12 weeks at the service center per issue. Just one issue per year cuts total ride time to 75% while waiting under warranty. After that, it is no right to repair. You are screwed. @AHicks knows about this stuff.
