Hi, the bottom bracket on my Ortlieb back-roller panniers doesn't fit well onto the Vado rack, because the Vado rack is flared out at the bottom, so the bottom bracket on the pannier can't be tightened to be flush with the pannier as it's supposed to be. As a result, the bracket is pushed out and the screw is semi-loose, and keeps coming unattached during even short 20 minute rides. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and did you solve it? I never had a problem with the rack on my other bike. Thanks!
Anyone using Ortlieb back-roller panniers on 2022 Vado 5.0?

I can only answer for Vado SL: I cannot use any of my Ortlieb panniers with the Vado SL for a similar reason (Vado SL rack is too small, so it cannot accommodate the bottom "hook" of Ortlieb panniers). I have bought a Specialized Tailwind pannier, and that pannier is my principal one for Vado SL. When I need to go for grocery shopping, I simply do not attach the bottom bracket of my Ortlieb panniers. Tough luck!
