Anyone Try a CYC X1Pro Kit?

I currently have a Salsa Fargo with the Bafang 1kw motor and a 52v battery. It rides ok except that the bearings dont seem to last more than a year of hard use. Ihave thought about going to the 750 watt motor but I really need the power. I understand that CYC makes an ebike kit that can go up to 5000 watts (I am assuming that is peak power). Has anyone know anything about the CYC line?

I run cyc x1 on my full suspension set up. They are very strong and the rc noise is not really that bad. My bikes with bbshd are still the most explosive units with throttling. I don`t use a throttle on the x1 or the photon or the stealth cyc I have. Don`t like the throttle on the torque sensing motors. I lean on the throttle on the HD to mimic torque assist. Even though I have adjusted the programming on the HD I ease a little throttle on steep climbs as it helps keep the wheel rolling in technical climbs. Oh I only run 48v or 52v I am not into the 72v game.

While I like having a throttle, I typically only use the throttle to cross a busy street or to restart on an uphill if I have to stop for some reason. Otherwise it is only pedal assist. But we have some pretty steep roads here and I could use a little more help now and then. I am thinking of going 52 volt on the CYC as I have heard some ptretty scary stories about recharging the 72 voters and fires.
