Anyone tap into the battery to add additional rear lights?

Just got 2 2019 Radcitys and we are loving them. I would like to add an additional rear light to run off the battery.

Has anyone done this?

Do you know the name of those waterproof connectors?

I considered this but decided, instead, to use an existing separate battery operated tail light that I already owned. I placed it on the seat stem. I put this one on flashing and run the Rad light as a standard taillight with brake light. Lots of visibility and no worries about weather intrusion at whatever wire tap method you choose. The battery operated tail light is actually larger than the stock Rad one.
