Anyone else out there with a 2016 Turbo S?

Just wanting to know if you are having the same charging issues as me and any other issues?
I have emailed the 2 Specialized Engineers who's names I got from @Douglas Ruby 3 or 4 times now the last few weeks but they just don't respond anymore.
Getting frustrated.

I am using a Turbo SC battery with my 2014 Turbo S. I have not had any issues with the chargers. I keep one at home and I carry a travel charger to recharge at work. The display will show 98% after charging at home and the Mission Control app will report 99%. I would take that as within the margin of error. The travel charger will show 96% and I forgot to check the Mission control reading.
