Anyone bought from superscooterstore.com before?Thinking about buying from them but need more info

still nothing from this scam of a company... new york state title bureau said to send 2 certified letters to them a week apart. when they do not respond, we need to bring proof of the certified letters to the dmv and we can proceed as if we lost the title... will let you all know how that works out

What a horrible experience Samkov. I hope you can find a resolution. Perhaps Court needs to start a "Wall of Fame" and a "Wall of Shame" to highlight the companies that excel at (or completely disregard) customer satisfaction.

While UPS can certainly mangle packages, there is so much damage in DesertEagle's pix, that the bike was clearly inadequately packed before it was even picked up by UPS. I recently got a new bike and there was extensive self-adhesive bubble wrap on virtually every surface of the bike. It took me more than 30 minutes just to remove the bubble wrap. There was plenty of other packing material also and the box also had reinforcement straps on the outside of the box (similar to strapping to a pallet) to help keep the contents secured.

It's exasperating just to hear these stories. And the lame obfuscation replies by the company here only serve to rub salt into the wound.

Thank you for repeating all the information that I already gave you...

Did you even bother to read what the issue is? The Certificate of Origin that was shipped with the motorcycle is missing all the information on the bottom half, including signature, as well as all of the information on the back, making it impossible to register.

At least you're making it clear as day for everyone to stay far away from Upzy.

Still waiting for the dozens of calls back I was promised, and emails... funny how the only place you even pretend to respond is a public forum so you can attempt to cover your ass. Lucky for us, you're awful at it... Let's see how long I'll have to wait for the next reply that I'm sure will fail to address the issue, again.

File it in yourself. I had to with a product I bought and it went smoothly. It's really just bureaucratic bull...

Was really tempted, but after more than a dozen trips and being a fairly small town, everyone at the DMV now knows me and my situation. I was told that this wouldn't be much of an issue in many states but NY is very strict, and I would have to replicate a stamp from Upzy as well. I also read that getting caught doing it myself would be a felony - not something I really want to risk over a $1400 purchase.

Luckily, the title bureau seems to have a way - I just have to get around to sending certified letters and wait for the lack of response. Would be funny if they actually do respond with more nonsense... I wonder what that would count as?

Anyone want to take bets on what happens? :)

samkov- Sorry to hear about your bad experience with this company. So many red flags associated with this company. I really believe now it is a moot point as to their credibility. Apparently Upzy still has the gumption to try and rectify a long over due issue when given plenty of chances in the past. If they continue to do the same song and dance with you, they are just wasting your time. The jig is up with them IMHO.

They are what they are: e-commerce hub. The bulk of their products are China-direct items. It's not that much of credibility issue, but rather a very poor customer service. Very poor any service, in fact. All the red flags that I recall, are about items not shipped on time or not wtih proper documentation or not properly packaged (and as a result, damaged, with Upzy refusing to do anything about it).

This is their response?? Outrageous scammers. EBR should put a sticky on top of every page to advise everyone to stay far away from these people.

Hi,

I ordered an UberScoot on May 12, 2018. Upzy's shipping policy states "If your order is in stock (your website clearly stated it WAS), and we process the charges to your credit card (you DID), it should ship and ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address". So... I was excited, because my son's birthday was on May 19th.

Needless to say, it is June 8th and my son still has not received his birthday gift.

I have sent a number of emails to Upzy's sales department requesting information and have received very little response aside from it's been "delayed"... and then "delayed another week"... and once again "another week"... tracking information sent via email only takes me to my invoice page. Upzy's emails however, were filled with words like "warm regards", saying they hoped I was "having a great day!" and mentioned a number of times how much "we like you!". Honestly, I much prefer follow-through to hypocritical, placating words ending in exclamation marks.

At least you kept ONE part of your promise, my credit card was charged. Unfortunately, my 12 year old son is still waiting for his birthday present.

If you state on your website that shipping occurs in 5-7days, then it should. There was no disclaimer clause that says "it may take up to a month if customs decides to confiscate the package".

Please advise,

Signed a very disappointed customer,

Kathy Simpson

It’s a shame buyers don’t research first. These are dirtball resellers. Name changes and other tells that should scare us all away. I feel bad for your son. Seems like no good deed goes unpunished with creature like Upzy.

Promising 5-7 days shipping on a large item shipped from China - oh, please... Hypothetically, "could" happen if such an item was available at distributor's warehouse in the US, but even then, 5 days LTL is hardly possible.

Every thing I ship DHL from reputable dealers in China is 3 to 5 days away. These bastards prey on the unsuspecting. It’s how the dirt balls survive.
