The new TQ40 bikes look amazing! Any suggestions on where to try and buy in the US or better to wait a little while longer as more brands incorporate this mid drive?

In general, fairings are not allowed, but if Ridley got UCI prototype approval (different sticker), and made the frame generally available within one year, then it can be raced by anyone.
