I've watched a vid of an American who analysed and liked the contemporary Polish military ration. He also mentioned: "Did you know the Poles did a two-finger salute?"

The man didn't know we actually saluted the White Eagle. Therefore, there is no salute to the "bare head". You must wear a hat or a helmet with the Eagle to do the salute. No hat? Make a head nod instead. I know. I made a Sergeant Cadet during my military service

Not sure how British soldiers do the salute?

Just one finger vertically.

Im 5' 10", average height, but 205lbs is around 30lbs overweight.
I might reinvent myself for the last years, theres life left in me.

It just takes a lot longer to warm up.
