Hi, my Amego Motor doesn't seem to be work properly. When I use either pedal-assist or throttle only the hub motor wheel won't turn.
- Battery is fully charged.
- Display and lights are working
- OBO reads 1,350 Miles
- Date of purchase June 2020
- Connections seems good
- The motor stutters are tries to turn even on a bike stand
- The wheel spins wheely when I rotate either the wheel or pedals.
- No sound of grinding or anything
- There is a sound that the motor spinning
