I wanted to share something that’s really helped me improve my endurance recently. I started incorporating a weighted vest into my basic training routine, and I’ve already seen some amazing results, especially in my recent cycling performance.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about wearing extra weight while training, but I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. The added resistance during running, bodyweight exercises, and even some cycling drills has made a noticeable difference. I’m feeling stronger and my stamina has increased!
