Abus specialized como key

I ordered a replacement key for my como using the key code provided by specialized. The web site said it would be sent within 10 days. It’s now been over 3 months and despite emails to both specialized and Abus no response from either. I think specialized needs to rectify this situation as soon as possible. Besides my order how many hundreds if not thousands of orders are being ignored
