Hi there,
I have 2011 A2B Metro by Ultra Motor. The rear wheel is kind of "stucked" (in short intervals) even with the switch off, pedaling or just pushing the bike is hard.
There is no mechanics problem with the brakes or fender rubbing etc.When turned on there are sort of of pulses goes throughout the bike,like the motor kicks in ,sort off.
Do you have any suggestion of what can be wrong?
If it's a motor issue would it be possible to upgrade to a better motor (lighter ,more efficient etc)?
