hello,
i have an error01 reading, it means:
"Check that the connection between the motor and the controller is correct. If not, replace the controller."

now, user manual doesn't even say where controller is located, could it be within d hub of rear motor?

some advice i got was that battery could be weak and upon accelerating V-drop would be so big BMS would switch off discharge mosfet. as batt is 10y old i decided it couldn't hurt anyway to replace cells. after replacement charger would only charge for 1-3 minutes then announce a full battery; although it only had 37V instead of 42V. so i changed BMS (for an identical from another recycled battery) and...... all's working fine :):):) BMS was d troublemaker. which wasn't suggested at all in troubleshooting chapter, i would have wasted lots of money'n'time had i followed that one o_O

I have a 2013 Neo Jumper and a 2015 Evo Jet.I used a "ebike kit "to replace factory controller and display.I also went to 48 volt which raised the speed to 32 mph.The Dapu motor in the BH bikes is much more powerful without factory soft start programming

The Neo did not need the battery signal to work with a after market battery. The Evo needs communication and I used a"buck converter "to send 5 volt and it works.I did convert 10s to 13s.I had a 10s 4p&10s 5p which are now 13s 3p

There's a connection in the motor cable. It is right as it is routing internal of the frame near the motor. It could be loose.Photo won't upload.
