SLMRO S11 that shuts off after 10 to 11 miles right after stopping. everything goes blank and will not come back on after recycling the key.

my ebike keeps shutting off when i ride it after 10 to 11 miles.
the screen goes blank and the battery gage at the key switch goes blank and will not come back on.
i have noticed this happens when I slow down or come to a stop.
the battery showed 4 bars left when this hapened.
if I plug the charger in everything comes back on right a way.
i did turn the handle bars around so they are closer to me when riding but i dont see how this would cuse a problem.
any help would be appreciated.
