Portola 4th of July specials ? Or Lectric 3.0 step through.

I am thinking of buying (2) folding step through e-bikes. One for me, one for my wife. I’ve looked close at the Lectric 3.0 folders step throughs, and getting close to placing an order from them or from Ride1up. That is if I can get a deal. I don’t care about and ons except extra battery (2) standards would be OK, And a rear basket. I have our favorite seats from our regular bikes. If you had to purchase again, would you buy Potola or Lectric ?

I recently got the Portola, shipped to the garage door with the bigger battery it was $1045.00. It was an excellent value and I like the thumb throttle better. The battery is easy to access without folding. Got the indigo blue paint. Its still very new, but so far so good. I haven't ridden a Lectric though, so I can't compare directly. The Portola has more torque than I'm used to, its my first 20x3 tire ebike. Its a spunky little thing even with a 260 pound rider.
